The Minot Honeybees are a collegiate summer softball team based in Minot, North Dakota.
As the team’s Marketing & Media Manager, I led marketing, media, and broadcasting efforts while managing a team of 10 interns.
I worked across social media, email marketing, the website, advertising, live events, community outreach, ESPN broadcasts, and ticket sales to promote games, increase attendance and fan engagement, strengthen the team’s presence within the Minot community, and support revenue goals.
I also created graphics, advertising copy, and multimedia content while using social media and email analytics to track performance and guide marketing decisions.
